Well in view of the traveller, just west of the Ljusnan river and the bridge leading into the town of Ljusdal, is the three-sided farm Engbergs. The farmyard is crowned by a farmhouse built in 1863. The smaller building dates back to the 18th century and has wellpreserved Ädel paintings and a Rococo porch. The farm’s other buildings include an old grain store of considerable size. There used to be a market garden on the property, and parts of this garden have been maintained.
