The village of Letsbo dates back to the 16th century and is situated at the mouth of Oppliån stream in Letssjön lake, 20 km north of Ljusdal. Bommars is a well-preserved farm consisting of a winter cottage, brewery and barn built around a farmyard, and several older farm buildings north-east of the farm and out in the fields. The farmhouse was built in the 1840s and the winter cottage is known for its sumptuous interiors, which are largely untouched.
